Now available, the all-new Rolex Cosmograph Daytona in stainless steel with a white dial.

Discontinuing the entire range of “116” reference Daytonas last year certainly did come as a surprise to the watch world. However, when the new “126” lineup was showcased in March 2023 and more importantly, tried on in person, it’s safe to say why the brand did such update.

Featuring a totally brand new movement, the automatic calibre 4131, the movement remarkably now features less components whilst boasting a more efficient Chronergy escapement.

The incremental design update begins with the more refined dial, which poses much thinner subdial rings and smaller hour markers around the circumference of the dial. Furthermore, the case is 0.5mm thinner than the previous generation Daytona, making the watch wear incredibly nicely on the wrist. Most notably on these stainless steel variants, as well as with the Oysterflex models, the ceramic bezel is in fact an insert, set within a stainless steel bezel, which makes for an all-new, incredible look.
