After receiving your initial inquiry, we will provide you with an estimated quote for the required work. If you decide to proceed and bring or send your watch to us, our servicing centre will inspect it, and we will then provide you with a final quote after the inspection. Once you approve the final quote, we will begin the watch repair or service. Upon completion and thorough quality control, and after payment has been made, we will return your watch to you via fully insured postal delivery, hand-delivery, or you may collect it in person from our Central London location.
