Now available, a Patek Philippe Nautilus reference 7118/1R-010, crafted entirely in rose gold and fitted with its beautifully warm, golden brown opaline “wave” pattern dial.

Officially classified as a ladies’ Nautilus, the 7118 is far more versatile than the designation might suggest. Measuring 35.2mm in diameter, it sits in a sweet spot that allows it to wear just as convincingly on a gent’s wrist for those who favour a more compact, elegant sports watch, while remaining perfectly proportioned as a refined ladies’ piece.

Introduced as a modern evolution of the Nautilus line, the 7118 retains all of Gérald Genta’s original design language - the softly rounded octagonal bezel, integrated bracelet, and balanced symmetry - but with subtly softened lines and a more contemporary feel. In rose gold, the watch takes on an entirely different character: warmer, more expressive, and undeniably luxurious, while still remaining unmistakably Nautilus in profile.

Condition-wise, this example is particularly special. It originally arrived with us single-sealed, and was only cut open for photography and its offering for sale.
