Produced in a limited series of just 1,300 pieces, the 5575G represents one of the most distinctive anniversary models in modern Patek Philippe history. It marked the very first time the maison combined its signature World Time complication with a photorealistic moonphase display at its centre - a poetic yet technically impressive execution, showing the phases of the moon with a level of accuracy that requires only a single correction once every 122 years.

Its 39.8mm white gold case is perfectly balanced, with beautifully curved lugs that give the watch an elegant wrist presence and highlight the sculptural side of Patek’s case-making artistry. As one of the key commemorative models from the 2014 anniversary collection, the 5575G has already cemented its place as a modern collectible.
