Now available, a Richard Mille RM005 in titanium.

One of the most historically important Richard Mille references in existence, the RM005 is one of the earliest Richard Mille lines, and is in fact the first production self-winding automatic model from the brand. The movement, developed by Vaucher SA, is entirely skeletonised, allowing the wearer a beautiful view of its titanium baseplate and bridges, as well as unique features such as its always-visible date wheel.

Smaller in size than most of the other Richard Mille references in the current catalogue, there is a subtle charm to the RM005 which makes it effortlessly easy to wear on most wrists. Its tonneau-shaped case hugs the wrist wonderfully, and makes it instantly recognisable as a Richard Mille. Available in an array of materials, including gold options, it is the titanium version showcased here which is often the most desired thanks to its lightweight material as well as it being incredibly hard wearing.

In lightly worn condition, the watch’s “AE” dates the case to circa 2005, albeit’s certificate remaining undated, and further benefits from a manufacturer service in 2017. Coming to us with its entirety of accessories from new, including an array of strap options, the watch is available for viewing in London and purchase worldwide.
