Richard Mille RM 65-01 Automatic Split-Seconds Chronograph
RM 65-01
£184,950
Now available, a Richard Mille RM 65-01 Automatic Split-Seconds Chronograph in titanium - the brand’s most technically complex automatic chronograph to date.
Designed as a true “racing machine for the wrist,” the RM 65-01 brings together a high-frequency rattrapante movement, an integrated automatic architecture, and Richard Mille’s signature colour-coded controls that turn the case into an intuitive cockpit. The openworked dial reveals a multi-layered landscape of levers, cams, and column wheels, with each function - chronograph, rattrapante, rapid-winding, and mode selector - assigned its own vivid accent. Despite the intensity of the layout, it wears surprisingly light thanks to the full titanium case and its sculpted ergonomic form.
What sets the 65-01 apart, even within the RM universe, is its sheer sense of energy. The watch feels alive - from the tactile “rapid-winding” button at 8 o’clock to the instantaneous reset of the split-seconds mechanism. The movement, developed in partnership with Vaucher, operates at an unusually high 5Hz for a rattrapante, reinforcing its motorsport pedigree while delivering exceptional precision under load.
This example comes to us in excellent condition throughout, showcasing just light signs of wear, and a vibrant red-and-black strap that anchors the watch’s dynamic, track-side aesthetic. Fully complete with its entirety of accessories from new, the watch is available for viewing in London and purchase worldwide. Please get in touch for further information.
