Now available, a wonderfully unusual Piaget “Andy Warhol”, reference G0A43236, presented here in one of the rarest and most desirable configurations the model ever received: a deep, electric lapis lazuli dial. Piaget’s hard-stone dials are already catnip for collectors, but a lapis variant on this sculptural case is firmly in the upper tier of scarcity.

The nickname, of course, comes from Andy Warhol himself - a devoted Piaget client throughout the ’70s and ’80s, often photographed wearing similarly quirky Piaget pieces. He gravitated toward designs that blurred the line between jewellery and object, and this model sits squarely in that tradition: playful, a little avant-garde, and unmistakably Piaget.

The dial is a beauty - rich ultramarine with naturally flecked gold pyrite, the sort of organic texture no modern technique can replicate. Framed by the warm, ridged 18k rose gold case, it has that quiet glamour Piaget mastered during its high-creativity era; elegant, slim, and effortlessly chic.

A rare reference, an even rarer dial, and a design language tied to one of the most influential collectors of the 20th century. Having been worn just a handful of times and retaining its caseback sticker, the watch comes fully complete with its entirety of accessories from new, and is available for viewing in London and purchase worldwide.
