Unveiled at Watches & Wonders 2025, the 6159G introduces a contemporary twist to Patek’s elite perpetual calendar line. Housed in a 39.5 mm white‑gold case with the brand’s signature hobnail (Clous de Paris) pattern on the bezel and caseback, the design feels both modern and timeless.

The watch’s talking point is most certainly its dial. It is crafted from grey metallized sapphire crystal with a subtle black gradient, allowing ghostly glimpses of the movement beneath while maintaining clarity across the retrograde date arc, along with day, month, leap‑year aperture, and moonphase.
