Now available, a Patek Philippe Nautilus reference 7118/1A-011 in stainless steel.

The 7118 has always been one of the more interesting interpretations of the modern Nautilus. At 35.2mm, its beautifully wearable proportions retain the unmistakable architecture of the collection, whilst subtle details give the reference an identity of its own. The gently waved horizontal embossing across the dial, applied numerals and markers, and wonderfully balanced date aperture at 6 o’clock create a design that feels distinctly Nautilus, yet noticeably different from its larger counterparts.

This particular “011” configuration is especially attractive, with its grey dial shifting considerably depending on the light, from a darker anthracite tone through to a much softer silvery grey. Against the stainless steel case and bracelet, it makes for an incredibly clean and versatile combination, with the polished centre links and familiar mixture of brushed and polished surfaces bringing the whole watch to life on the wrist.

This 2026 example comes to us in completely unworn condition and remains fully complete with its entirety of accessories from new, with even the clasp retaining its factory protective sticker.
