Introduced in 2001, the 5134 was the very first “Travel Time” wristwatch from Patek Philippe - a discreet and elegant way of displaying a second time zone within the Calatrava family. Measuring 37mm, the round yellow gold case wears with classic proportions, while the white dial balances symmetry and legibility thanks to its beautiful breguet numerals, dual central hour hands, charming 24-hour register at 12 o’clock for home time, and complemented finally by a running seconds at 6 o’clock.

Though understated in appearance, the 5134 is a quietly important reference, laying the foundation for what would later evolve into Patek Philippe’s sportier Travel Time models within the Aquanaut and Nautilus lines.
