Housed in a 39mm platinum case, the watch carries a discreet diamond between the lugs at 6 o’clock - a subtle hallmark reserved for Patek’s most precious metal. Inside beats the Calibre 324 S IRM QA LU, visible through the sapphire crystal caseback, showcasing the manufacture’s meticulous finishing, including Geneva stripes and a solid gold rotor.
