Originally introduced in 2020, the coloured Oyster Perpetual models took the watch world by storm. Having instantly become “the watch to own” upon its launch, models such as this reference 126000 with its bright coral red dial received even greater popularity when they were discontinued just 18 months later in 2022.

Specifically looking at this colour, it was available in 31, 36 (shown here), and 41, and it’s the 36mm variant which has become incredibly hard to come by, with there currently being zero for sale in the UK, bar this one. It’s likeliness to the lacquered “Stella” dials of the 1970s and 1980s Day-Date watches, yet at a much more affordable price point and more robust material, make them the perfect companion, whether that be for everyday wear, holiday, or a special occasion.
