Crafted in solid 18ct yellow gold, the reference 116758SARU is defined by its extraordinary “Pepsi” bezel, set with a striking combination of baguette-cut rubies and sapphires (hence “SARU”), separated by baguette diamonds at the transition points - a configuration that has earned this watch its legendary status as the ultimate gem-set “Pepsi”. Each stone is individually selected and set to achieve perfect colour matching and symmetry, something Rolex is famously meticulous about.

Beyond the bezel, the spectacle continues across the case and bracelet.
